1995. Joy has always been fascinated by creating things, this pursuit always supported emotionally by her maternal grandmother, Mimi. Joy feels that lack of practical support has led to others making fortunes on ideas she had come up with years ago but could not act upon manufacturing. Despite being broke, Joy is the person in her extended family to who everyone has always turned, in the process forgoing her own life, including not having attended college to help see her parents through their divorce. She works in an unsatisfying job as an Eastern Airlines ticket clerk, and lives with her mother Terry who spends all day in bed watching soap operas, her ex-husband Tony, a less than successful aspiring Latino Tom Jones wannabe, and their two children. Added to this mix is her father Rudy, the owner of a failing heavy-duty garage, which is managed by Joy's older half-sister Peggy, with who she has somewhat of a strained relationship, and for which Joy does the books.

Actors : Josh Duhamel, Anthony Hopkins, Al Pacino
Quality : 720p BDRip

Synopsys

MISCONDUCT is a legal thriller starring Josh Duhamel as Ben, an ambitious associate at a prestigious law firm who's working extra hours while his marriage to Charlotte (Alice Eve) slowly crumbles under the weight of a personal tragedy. Told in a non-linear fashion, the movie opens with the kidnapping of pharmaceutical company CEO Arthur Denning's (Anthony Hopkins) former employee/current trophy girlfriend, Emily (Malin Akerman). Her kidnappers demand a ransom, but Arthur doesn't want to play ball until he's sure she's still alive. In flashbacks, it's revealed that Emily had blown the whistle to her ex-boyfriend, Ben, about a drug study that killed many participants but that Denning covered up in order to push the drug through the approval process. Excited about the prospect of a career-making case, Ben convinces his senior partner, Abrams (Al Pacino), to let him bring a lawsuit against Denning's company. But as the story unfolds, people turn up dead, and others are constantly threatened. It becomes increasingly clear that Ben is in over his head and that Emily may have had ulterior motives for confiding in Ben.

Synopsys

Ryoo Seung-wan returns after a two year break with his hilarious box office smash Veteran. Following police inspector Seo Do-cheal (Hwang Jung-min) cracking smuggling rings and taking down big money corporations, the film smacks of ‘speaking out’ against modern conglomerate society where nobody is above the law, no matter how rich. Seven minutes into the film we’re assaulted by the dulcet tones of Blondie mingling with the scent of criminality, culminating in the most hilarious action sequences put to screen. This is the heart of Korean action films; fun, breathtaking, and a pleasure to watch.
